1st offense DUI mandatory minimum: 10 days of jail of which up to 9 can be suspended upon completion of alcohol classes (minimum 24 hours in jail), $480 fine (includes surcharge), $1000 in fees, 12 months ignition interlock, mandatory 90 day license suspension.

1st offense Extreme DUI mandatory minimum: 30 days of jail of which none can be suspended, $480 fine (includes surcharge), $250 assessment, $2000 in fees, ignition interlock, mandatory license suspension. May be eligible for work release or home detention after serving a portion of the jail time, depends on the programs of the pros.
